Admission Information – Kiddie Rocks Special Needs School

Kiddie Rocks is a trusted early intervention center working with children aged 2.5 to 12 years. Our goal is to help children with special needs become included in mainstream education. With this vision, Kiddie Rocks has been serving with dedication and reputation since 2019.

Screening Form

Before admission, every child must go through a screening assessment. Parents are requested to complete the “Admission Screening Assessment Primary Information Form” and submit it to the school administration office.

Assessment Schedule

Based on the submitted form, parents are contacted serially and provided with a scheduled time. Parents must attend the assessment with their child at the scheduled time and keep approximately 1.5 to 2 hours in hand.

Evaluation & Admission

After the assessment, the child’s level and support needs are evaluated. Admission is offered depending on the suitability of the child’s level and the availability of seats in the respective class.

Important Notice

Please note that children with special needs may require different types of support services and management. In cases where certain required services are not available at our institution, we may be unable to offer admission even if seats are available. Parents are informed accordingly.

Shifts

Morning Shift 08:15 AM – 12:00 PM
Day Shift 12:30 PM – 04:15 PM
Evening Shift 04:45 PM – 08:15 PM

Fee Structure

Admission Fee Structure

The admission fee is annual and non-refundable. Admission fees are calculated on a pro-rata basis and divided into 4 yearly slots.

  • January – March: Full admission fee applicable
  • April – June: ¾ admission fee applicable
  • July – September: ½ admission fee applicable
  • October – December: ¼ admission fee applicable

This means that from April onwards, the admission fee will be adjusted proportionately based on the admission period.

Tuition Fees:

Monthly tuition fees for the 1:1 setup and the combined setup are different.
Tuition fees for both setups include 4 professional therapy sessions per month.

Note: In special cases, such as during Eid holidays or winter vacation months, the number of therapy sessions may be reduced to 2 or 3 sessions.
